In the heart of the University of Wisconsin, Union South and the Union South Hotel is just steps away from Camp Randall, making it a highly popular and visible destination.

Mavid Construction had the opportunity to install flooring, exterior glass windows and interior decorative glass for this project. A 15-person crew was on site for just about a year, completing it in the fall of 2012.

There were strict safety standards in place, as many people and students were nearby for most of the construction. Materials were delivered as needed to avoid storing in bulk site.
